Bullion
Coin & Bar Orders
Bullion and Bullion Coin pricing is based on the Spot
Trading Price
of the metal group. The Spot Trading Price for metals is a basis only for the
final pricing of Bullion or Bullion coins.
The Spot Trading Prices
are a determination of what the metals (as a large delivery contract
commodity for instantaneous sale) are "selling for" on the respective
Exchange Market. Spot Metal Prices do not indicate the pricing for Bullion Products.
Bullion products are sold for a small premium over the Spot
Trading Price for the metal group. This premium is added to cover all the costs associated with
minting, manufacturing and distributing the final product.
Since the metals markets
actively trade daily and the pricing of the metal fluctuates constantly, the pricing of
your order is "locked in" (based on a premium over the spot price of the
metals) at the time of order confirmation.
All requests for "Lock In" guaranteed quotes must be received by 4:30 PM
PST
during our regular Business Hours
on
Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM PST will settle at the next trading
day's closing spot basis price.

CASH settlement by Bank Wire. |
After you receive a Confirmation Number for your order,
settlement
must be made according to the provisions outlined below.
If orders are not
settled as required, we will be forced to liquidate your order at
current "Dealer Bid" prices for the respective product. You will be
responsible for the "spread" (the difference between bid and ask prices) when
liquidating your order. If the order is liquidated, you will be responsible for any balance due for the
difference between the "Sale" price (for the lot) at the time of Order
Confirmation and the "Dealer Bid" price (for the lot) at the time of order
liquidation.
| REFUNDS,
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our Sales Policy
is NO Refunds, Returns or Exchanges on Precious Metals purchases of
Bullion or Bullion Coin products, including Raw uncertified Coins. Certified,
Slabbed Coins ( only) have a 15-day inspection grace period for return, refund or
exchange, but must be returned in original condition.

BANK
WIRE (CASH) PAYMENT
If Cash payment [Bank Wire] is
made, shipping is expedited within one business day after payment is received.
If you require your order to be expedited, we advise you
to settle by
Bank Wire. Bank Wires are the fastest method of funds transfer and all Bank Wire payments
are guaranteed to ship within one business day after "good funds" are
received.
BANK
CASHIERS CHECK
Orders paid by Cashiers Check will ship
when funds clear.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS
Currently, we ship only to the USA (and
its territories) and to Canada. We regret the discontinuation of
International orders due to loss of Insurance Carriers who no longer
provide insurance on bullion shipments outside of USA or Canada.
Shipping is expedited after "Good Funds" have been received by
GFCB Sales.
To protect our property and our client's purchase, all orders leaving GFCB Sales are:
- Shipped
by INSURED & REGISTERED MAIL via United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Shipped to street addresses
only.
- Registred mail delivey will
require adult identification, signature
and Proof of Delivery from the addressee at time of delivery.

Due to heightened security,
Registered Mail will take slightly longer to arrive at its destination If you have an order on the way, please be patient and allow up to 7 to 10 days for receipt of
Registered Mail shipments. We ship orders daily, and we feel that we would be less
than professional if we didn't take every precaution to protect our client's
purchases. The short delay for Registered Mail deliveries is well worth the added security.
