RELEASE
In
the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Goldfinger
Coin & Bullion Inc. (GFCB) and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries,
joint ventures and employees from claims, demands and damages (actual and
consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and
unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected
with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil
Code §1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which
the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of
executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his
settlement with the debtor."
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You shall comply with all applicable domestic and
international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of
our services and website.
E-CURRENCY EXCHANGES
Goldfinger Coin
& Bullion Sales provides a service to allow electronic
purchases of Bullion (precious metals) for funding your e-currency account. We
are not a division, or subsidiary, of E-Gold™, Omni-Pay™, Gold & Silver Reserve™
(G&SR), GoldMoney™, or E-Bullion Company™. These exchange services
may vary from time to time.

& Bullion does not sponsor, recommend, endorse, or
promote services, individuals,
or programs provided (or administered) through the use of e-currencies (e-metal)
accounts.
Goldfinger Coin

Bullion will not be held responsible or liable, for any misuse, or abuse of any
e-currency
system. When you enter into a
Trade Order with GFCB you are simply entering a request for a purchase of Bullion, and for
GFCB to fund your e-currency account with your bullion purchase electronically.

SALES ARE FINAL. Once your trade order has been completed and your account is
funded with bullion there are NO returns, refunds or exchanges. ALL completed trade orders are irrevocable

INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Goldfinger Coin & Bullion Inc. (and its directors, officers, employees,
control persons, vendors, licensors and agents); and any Internet Service
Provider and Information Provider; from and against any and all claims, losses,
liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees
and costs) arising out of, or related to, your breach of your agreements,
representations and warranties contained in this Agreement, or the use of the
Site, the Services, the System and the Information by you and by other persons
to whom you have provided your User Codes pursuant to the provisions set forth
in this Agreement. This indemnification shall be binding upon you and your
executors, successors, administrators, heirs and permitted assigns.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Your use of this website and our services are at
your sole risk. The services and content of this site are provided "as
is" and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied to the
fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. Goldfinger Coin &
